Your center sends you an enrollment link. You complete the packet in the app in one sitting: child details, health, emergency contacts, authorized pickups, immunization record, signatures and tuition payment. The center reviews it and approves, and your child shows up on their roster.
Your report goes privately to our Trust and Safety team, never to a public feed, and the person is not told who reported them. Urgent reports, such as a child's safety or a threat, pause the account while a person reviews it. If a child is in danger, call 911 first. For suspected abuse, Childhelp is at 1-800-422-4453.
No. Nanny is a marketplace and a set of tools. Families and centers choose and hire caregivers, set their own rates and schedules and are responsible for their hiring decisions. We do not employ caregivers, set rates or assign shifts.
Parents keep a list of authorized adults, each with a code word. At pickup, staff see who is allowed, check the code word and record who collected the child and when. The parent sees it in the app right away.
